Q: What is the difference between Package Tour, Group Tour Series and Incentives Tour?

A: The differences are:

- Package Tour is a tour package that generally departs with a minimum of 2 participants without being accompanied by a Tour Leader. 

- Group Tour Series is a type of travel where you will be combined into a travel group containing new friends during the trip. 

Minimum registration: 1 person (A minimum of 1 group consisting of a total of 15 people will ensure the group will depart).

- Incentives Tour can also be called Private Tour or Corporate Tour, you can determine your own destination, flight and desired itinerary.

Minimum Registration: 15 People.

Q: How do I make tour payments?

A: After you have made a booking, to make payment for the tour you can pay a Registration Deposit (non-refundable DP). The amount of the deposit depends on the destination you choose and the Visa Fee (if any). 

Based on the provisions of the embassy, ​​visa fees must still be paid even if the visa is not approved by the embassy and if there are other costs such as ticket printing costs and tour costs, these will be charged to the tour participants. 

For full payment of tour costs, please make sure to complete the tour within 14 days before the departure date.
